Common Platform Materials:

  • 1. Carbon Steel
    • Most widely used for strength & cost-effectiveness.
    • Often coated with epoxy paint for corrosion resistance.
    • Suitable for indoor or protected outdoor environments.
  • 2. Galvanized Steel
    • Provides enhanced corrosion resistance compared to plain carbon steel.
    • Ideal for semi-exposed environments.
  • 3. Aluminum
    • Lightweight and naturally corrosion-resistant.
    • Good for applications where weight reduction is important.
  • 4. Stainless Steel
    • Excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
    • Common in harsh or chemical-exposed environments.
    • Higher cost but long lifespan.
