SUMMARY

Maintains facilities and grounds by performing the following duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Operates riding or push lawnmowers to mow grass.
• Operates chain saw, weed whacker, and other grounds-keeping related equipment.
• Performs grounds maintenance by removing and disposing of weeds, branches, trash, etc.
• Safely operates company vehicle to pick up mulch and other supplies.
• Moves and distributes mulch.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Cleans windows and assists with pressure washing of buildings as directed.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Completes other grounds keeping as tasks as directed.
